多效唑对河北香菊生长及生理特性的影响

摘    要:在大田试验条件下,研究不同时期和不同质量分数多效唑对河北香菊生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,喷施多效唑后,河北香菊的茎秆变粗,这种效应随多效唑质量分数增加更明显。在一定的多效唑质量分数下,香菊的株高显著降低。喷施多效唑提高香菊的叶绿素质量分数和叶绿素a/b值;提高营养生长期可溶性蛋白质量分数,降低蕾期的可溶性蛋白质量分数;增加可溶性糖质量分数,蕾期的增加幅度大于营养生长期;降低丙二醛质量摩尔浓度,营养生长期低质量分数多效唑处理下丙二醛质量摩尔浓度降低幅度大于高质量分数,蕾期则相反。河北香菊对多效唑的反应因不同时期而异。

Abstract:Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of PP333 on growth and physiological characteristics of Hebeixiangju with different spraying mass fraction at different growing stages. The results showed that application of PP333 increased the cane diameter, the effect increased with the increase of PP333 mass fraction . The plant height was significantly reduced under certain PP333 mass fraction . Application of PP333 enhanced the chlorophyll mass fraction and chlorophyll a/b. The soluble protein mass fraction was increased at the vegetative growth stage but decreased at the bud stage after PP333 application. After spraying PP333, the soluble sugar mass fraction was enhanced but the MDA molality was reduced, the increasing degree of soluble sugar mass fraction at bud stage was bigger than that at vegetative growth stage, the decreasing degree of MDA molality with low PP333 mass fraction was bigger than that in high PP333 mass fraction at vegetative growth stage, the contrary result was obtained at bud stage. Different results obtained by spraying PP333 were related with different stages of Hebeixiangju.
