摘    要:利用英国产C IRAS-1光合测定系统测定比较了田间自然条件下苏州产区几种类型的枇杷品种冬春季节的光合特性及其变化。结果表明:冬季枇杷叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等光合、生理参数都比春季低,而水分利用效率却比春季高;冬季供试品种间叶片的净光合速率差异较大,而春季则较小;冬季枇杷叶片的净光合速率日变化呈单峰型,春季则呈双峰型。结果还表明,在所有供试品种中,冠玉冬季的净光合速率和水分利用效率最高,具有优良的越冬光合效能。

Abstract:CIRAS-1 photosynthetic measure system was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics of loquat in spring and winter under field conditions in Suzhou area of Jiangsu province. The results showed that net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) of loquat leaves in winter were lower than those in spring, while water use efficiency (WUE) in winter was higher than that in spring. Moreover, Pn of loquat leaves in winter were significantly different among the 5 varieties, while Pn in spring less different. In addition, diurnal course of Pn of loquat leaves presented single-peak pattern in winter, while two-peak pattern in spring. It was found that the variety Guanyu had the highest Pn and WUE among all the varieties in this experiment in Suzhou area, indicating its higher photosynthetic capacity in winter.
