摘    要:目的]筛选拮抗活性菌株和寻找新的活性代谢产物。方法]以引起草坪真菌病害的3种病原真菌镰刀菌(Fusarium sp.)、丝核菌(Rhizoctonia sp.)、腐霉菌(Pythium sp.)为目标菌,通过琼脂块法初筛、管碟法复筛对采自云南香格里拉的茶园土壤进行了放线菌的分离筛选,并对其中活性较好的菌株进行了抗菌活性验证及活性物质的粗分离与检测。结果]共分离得到85株放线菌,最终获得S-6、S-23、S-31 3株对病原真菌有较强作用的菌株,其中最高抑菌达61.90%。将3株拮抗放线菌液体发酵,并通过管碟法进一步验证抗菌活性;将发酵液乙酸乙酯萃取浓缩后,在萃取相中检测到活性成分。结论]该研究结果为草坪病害防治提供了新资源。

Screening and Study on the Activity of Antagonistic Actinomycetes against Lawn Disease Fungi

Abstract:Abstract Objective] The aim was to screen anti-microorganism and find new active metabolites. Method] Three lawn disease fungus like Fuarium sp. , Rhizoctonia sp. and Pythium sp. causing fungus disease of lawn were taken as target bacteria, antagonistic aetinomyeetes were isolated and screened from the soil sample collected from tea plantation in Yunnan Shangri-la by using agar block method for preliminary screening and tube plate method for rescreening. Further validation of antibacterial activity and crude isolation and detection were carried out for the strains with good antibacterial activity. Result] Total 85 strains of actinomycetes were obtained, among them S-6, S-23 and S-31 showed better antagonistic activities against the three lawn disease fungus, and the highest inhibition rate could be up to 61.90%. The three antagonistic aetinomyeetes went through liquid fermentation and further validation of antibacterial activity. After concentration of the fermenta- tion broth was extracted with ethyl acetate, the active ingredient was detected in the extraction phase. Conclusion ] The research results pro- vide new resources for controlling fungus disease of lawn.
