摘 要: | 益生菌是一类人体的微生态调节剂,具有广泛的生理作用,有重要的理论意义。介绍了益生菌的定义及分类,探讨了益生菌的益生功能及其在人体营养保健中的应用,并对其今后进一步的开发利用进行展望。
