摘    要:目的]建立RP-HPLC同时测定三黄片中黄芩苷和小檗碱含量的方法。方法]采用Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-浓度2%乙酸水溶液(25∶75,V/V)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为275 nm,进样量为10μl。结果]黄芩苷和小檗碱的分离效果良好,分别在0.008~0.038、0.004~0.022 mg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.3%(RSD=1.66%)和99.5%(RSD=2.42%)。结论]该方法简便、准确,分离效果好,可用于三黄片的质量控制。

Determination of Baicalin and Berberine Hydrochloride in Sanhuang Tablet by HPLC

Abstract: Objective] To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baiealin and berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuang tablet. Meth- od] Kromasil Cls column (4.6 mm ~150 ram, 5 txm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-2% iceacetic acid (25:75). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 275 nm, sample size 10 ixl. Result] Excellent chromatographic separation was achieved for baicalin and berberine hydrochlofide. The linear ranges of two constituents were 0.008 - 0.038rag and 0.004 - 0.022 mg respectively. The re- coveries were 99.3% (RSD = 1.66% ); 99.5% (RSD =2.42% ). Conclusion] The method is easy and simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuanz tablet.
