不同钼铜水平对肉牛纤维物质降解率影响的研究

摘    要:用4头年龄、体重相近(340±10)kg的装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的利木赞×鲁西黄牛杂交公牛,研究在不同钼、铜水平下饲料纤维物质在瘤胃中的降解率,以及在不同时间点的瘤胃纤维物质消失率。试验采用3×3拉丁方设计。分两期进行。试验结果表明:钼铜水平的高低对纤维物质降解率有极显著的影响。在低钼水平下,添加铜10mg/kg纤维物质降解率最高;高钼水平下,添加25和50mg/kg的铜纤维物质降解率较高,但考虑到经济因素,以添加25mg/kg的铜最为适宜。

Abstract:In this experiment, four intact bulls with similar age and weight with permanent rumen fistula were used. Under different dietary Cu and Mo level, the degradtion of dietary fibers and the disappearance rate of the fibers in the rumen at different time were determined. Three factors Latin- square design was used in the experiment, which was conducted in two periods. The results showed that the different dietary Cu and Mo level had great influence on dietary fibers degradation and at different time there were also great influence on the fibers disappearance rate.
