摘    要:在介绍了采用无刷直流电机的电动助力转向系统,并建立相应电机数学模型的基础之上,利用Matlab/Simulink中的SimPowerSystems工具箱以及S-函数等搭建了无刷直流电机电流单闭环控制系统的仿真模型,并对该模型进行了仿真分析。根据仿真结果,该模型满足理论分析,能够获得良好的各相绕组的电流曲线、反电动势曲线、转速曲线和转矩曲线等,可以用于进一步对电动助力转向系统的研究。

Abstract:Electric power steering(EPS) system with brushless DC motor is introduced,and mathematical model for brushless DC motor is established.Based on above analysis,single closed-loop control system of brushless DC motor is presented using SimPowerSystems toolbox and S-function in Matlab/Simulink.This simulation model is operated,and simulation results are analyzed.Simulation results show that the model can meet the demand of theoretical analysis.Current response curve,back EMF(Electromotive Force) response curve,speed response curve as well as torque response curve can be monitored and analyzed.It is an easy-to-design tool for analysis of EPS system.
