基于ANSYS的农药喷雾装置设计与模态分析

摘    要:传统农药喷雾机具作业同步性较低、机械折叠展开复杂及震动幅度大等问题,无法满足越来越严格的作业要求。为此,基于ANSYS对农药喷雾装置进行设计与模态分析。结果表明:不可变数据与喷杆振型存在一定的关联性,计算得到的相关参数具有可靠性。针对各阶段的固有频率进行整合,根据对比分析能够可知:最大误差值为7.15%,二者固有频率大致相同,说明建模分析结果比较准确。试验结果表明:当农药喷雾装置的作业速度为1.25m/s、农药喷射压力为0.3MPa、喷杆与地面之间的距离为600m时,农药喷雾装置的作业均匀性与覆盖性良好,喷杆在喷射过程中没有明显振动现象,沿杆喷雾量、喷头喷雾量及沉积量三者的变异系数分别为13.62%、2.56%、31.25%,符合国家相关标准,满足植保农艺要求。

Abstract:the synchronization of traditional pesticide spraying machines is relatively low.Because of the complexity of mechanical folding and the large amplitude of vibration,it has been unable to meet the increasingly stringent operational requirements.Therefore,the design and modal analysis of pesticide spray device based on ANSYS are carried out in this paper.The results of modal analysis show that there is a certain correlation between the immutable data and the mode shapes of the spray rod,and the calculated parameters are reliable.According to the integration of the natural frequencies of each stage,the maximum error value is 7.15%.The natural frequencies of the two are roughly the same,which indicates that the results of modeling analysis are accurate.True.The test results show that when the operating speed of pesticide spray device is 1.25m/s,the injection pressure of pesticide is 0.3MPa,the distance between the spray rod and the ground is 600m,the uniformity and coverage of the pesticide spraying device are good,and there is no obvious vibration phenomenon in the spraying process,the spray quantity along the rod,the spray quantity of the nozzle and the amount of deposition.The coefficients of variation of the three were 13.62%,2.56%,31.25%13.62%,2.56%and 31.25%,respectively,which were in line with the relevant national standards.The spraying quality and efficiency of the pesticide spraying device met the requirements of the operation and met the requirements of the garden plant protection.
