摘    要:播种是作物种植的早期环节,对产量有很大的影响。传统的人工播种方式效率低,而播种机可以有效地解决这个问题。小型播种机在我国具有广阔的使用空间,其作业质量的提高需要依靠精准的控制技术。为此,针对PLC单独使用时难以有效控制播种机的问题,设计了一种电力驱动的小型自走式玉米播种机,由PLC与单片机联合控制。在实际应用中测试播种深度、播种量和施肥量的控制精度,发现3个作业参数的实测值与设定值之间差异很小。试验结果表明:播种机在3.9km/h的速度下具有较好的播种效率和质量,智能化水平也得到了提高。

Abstract:Sowing is an early stage of crop planting and has a great impact on yield.Traditional manual seeding methods are inefficient and the planter can effectively solve this problem.Small planters have a wide space for use in China,and the improvement of the quality of their work requires accurate control technology.In view of the difficulty in effectively controlling the planter when the PLC is used alone,this paper designs an electric drive small self-propelled corn seeder,which is jointly controlled by PLC and single chip microcomputer.In the practical application,the control precision of seeding depth,seeding amount and fertilization amount was tested,and it was found that the difference between the measured value and the set value of the three operating parameters was small.The machine has better seeding efficiency and quality at a speed of 3.9km/h,and the level of intelligence has also been improved.
