高含水率玉米仿生脱粒元件设计与试验

摘    要:为减少玉米脱粒装置造成的籽粒破损,研发适用于高含水率玉米脱粒装置,以先玉335品种玉米为脱粒对象,进行了脱粒元件的仿形、刚柔耦合作用设计,以及凹板的栅格板仿形设计与制作。通过简易脱粒装置对仿生脱粒元件脱粒原理进行了分析与试验验证,并与现有短纹杆式脱粒元件的脱粒性能进行了对比。试验结果表明:当玉米籽粒含水率在25%~33%范围内、采用相同凹板时,两种脱粒元件造成的玉米破损率均随籽粒含水率的升高而增大,且纹杆式脱粒元件的玉米破损率明显高于仿生脱粒元件的破损率;凹板栅格板采用仿形结构的玉米脱粒破损率小于栅格板斜面为45°结构的破损率。本研究为高含水率玉米脱粒装置的设计开发提供了理论依据。

Abstract:To reduce the grain damage caused by the corn ears threshing part,the device suitable for high moisture content corn ears threshing is designed.Corn of Xian Yu 335 is taken as a research object.The threshing part is designed using the method of imitation and rigid-flexible coupling method.In addition,the concave grate is designed and manufactured by means of imitation.The threshing principle of bionic threshing part is analyzed and verified by a simple threshing device.The device is compared with the existing short rasp-bar threshing part in terms of threshing performance.The experimental results show that when the moisture content of corn grains is within the range of 25%-33%,and the same concave plates are applied,the breakage rate of corn caused by two kinds of threshing parts increases with the increase of grain moisture content.The corn breakage rate of the short rasp-bar threshing part is obviously higher than that of the bionic threshing part.The breakage rate of the corn threshing of the imitated structure of the concave grate is less than that of the concave grate with an inclination of 45 degrees.This paper provides a basis for the design and development of high moisture content corn ears threshing device.
