| 摘 要： | 为了实现拖拉机整机出厂终检时整机装配质量快速评价的目的,提出了一种基于机械振动烈度评价拖拉机整机装配质量的方法。以奔野484-2轮式拖拉机为研究对象,测试了怠速状况下的拖拉机前托架、发动机、离合器及变速箱等部位的振动烈度,结果表明:振动烈度可以作为评价拖拉机整机装配质量的方法,也可以作为局部评价拖拉机装配质量的依据。

| Abstract: | In order to quickly evaluate the assembly quality of the whole tractor in the final inspection of tractor,this paper proposes a method to evaluate the assembly quality based on the vibration severity.The research object is Benye 484-2 wheeled tractor.WeSelect 9 positions which include tractor front bracket,engine,clutch,gearbox andso on,and test the measuring point of the idling tractor.Test results show that the engine causes vibration during idle.Vibration severityis affected by distance from the engine,assembly relation and assembly quality.This method can be used as the criterion to evaluate the quality of the whole tractor and also as the basis to evaluate the assembly quality of the tractor. |
