穴盘苗取投送苗控制系统设计与试验

摘    要:针对目前自动移栽机作业效率低、可靠性低的问题,结合自主研发的穴盘苗取投送苗装置,基于PLC设计了一种穴盘苗取投送苗控制系统,并进行了台架试验。结果表明:系统通过PLC控制多个步进电机,能够实现取苗、投苗、送苗的协调配合,且在取投苗频率为50~80株/min时取投苗综合成功率均大于90%,平均值为91.32%。

Abstract:In view of the low efficiency and low reliability of the automatic transplanting machine,combined with the self-developed plug seedlings to send the seedling device,based on PLC,a control system for the seedling seedlings was designed and put on the bench test.The test results show that the system can realize the coordinated cooperation of seedlings by PLC control of multiple stepping motors,and the comprehensive success rate of seedlings is taken when the seedling frequency is 50~80 plants/min.More than 90%,the average is 91.32%.
