| 摘 要： | 海洋红酵母富含蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素等多种营养物质,还富含胡萝卜素和虾青素等天然色素,能显著提高动物生产性能、增强免疫力、净化环境和减少抗生素用量,是生态养殖的优良添加剂,具有很高的应用价值。文章就海洋红酵母的作用机理及其在畜禽水产养殖中的应用作以综述。

| Abstract: | Rhodotorula benthica contains abundant nutrition such as protein, amino acids, vitamines and rich in carotenoids and astaxanthin that belong to the natural pigment. Rhodotorula benthica which is the good additive of ecological culture can signigicantly improve the performance of animal production, enhance immunity, purify en- vironment, reduce antibiotic use, and has high application value. The mechanism of Rhodotorula benthica and appli- cation in livestock and poultry aquaculture were reviewed in this paper. |
