| 摘 要： | 为研究仙人掌提取物对肉用型广西麻鸡生产性能的影响,试验选取1日龄广西麻鸡1 600只为试验动物进行为期120 d的饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为2组,每组2个重复。在饲养过程中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+仙人掌提取物。结果表明,试验组在活重、屠体重、屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率有显著优势(P0.05);能改善失水率、肌间脂肪、肌肉蛋白、肌苷酸等肉品质指标,但差异不显著(P0.05)。因此,仙人掌提取物能够显著提高广西麻鸡的屠宰性能,在一定程度上提高广西麻鸡的肉品质。

| Abstract: | The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of cactus PE on slaughter performance and meat quality of Guangxi partridge chicken. One thousand and six hundred Cuangxi partridge chickens were randomly assigned to 2 groups, each group had 2 repeats. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets added cactus PE for 120 days. The results showed that test group was significant difference in comparing body weight, slaughter weight, percentage of half-eviscerated yield, percentage of eviscerated yield, dressed percentage, percentage of leg muscle, percentage of breast muscle with control group（P〈O.05）. Index of the meat quality in this test was improved a little for the test group（P〉0.05）. The results showed that was cactus PE can improve slaughter performance and meat quality of Guangxi partridge chicken. |
