摘    要:以截顶椭圆抛物柱原木模型,导出理想原木椭圆截面钝棱扁方材的BOF(最佳下锯面)精确解析解,丰富了BOF的基础理论,为锯方BOF提供了方便的优化目标函数。导出扁方材BOF可简化为平面问题处理的必要条件,使整个优化过程大大简化,并趋向实用。考虑原木的大、小头长径、干曲线形状、钝棱大小,给出的理想原木最高主产出材率的高精度公式,将为计算机辅助制材、BOF、数控锯方朵的软件设计,提供高速、最优的计算方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the practical exact analytic results of BOF of the flat squareedge of ideal log derive from ellipse-parabola Cylinder log model.Thus the basic theories of BOF are abundanted, and the optimam objective functions was found.Through inferencing square-edge accuratly, the flat's BOF tends to practe because simplify optimum programme,by esential condition of dealing with plane problem.The long D of larger and small end.the curve of timber,square-edgehave be though over in idear log's exact analyic results functions.The basic theories will be provided for the softwares compilation of NC double sawing square and sawing CAD.CAM,it will be increased the optimum spead of NC.
