联合收割机排气联合远红外在机稻谷干燥试验台的设计

摘    要:利用联合收割机内燃机的排气余热产生的热风联合远红外在机干燥能够有效实现谷物的干燥节能,并防止稻谷发生霉变。为了验证该在机干燥方案的可行性并优化在机干燥工艺,以联合收割机的谷物提升搅龙和收粮箱为基础,搭建了联合收割机排气联合远红外在机稻谷干燥试验台。该试验台能够实现收割速度、干燥风温和风速以及2个远红外加热器功率的多因素组合试验,模拟了在联合收割机中直接进行谷物干燥的作业环境。该试验台的搭建为优化在机干燥设备和干燥工艺等方面研究提供有利的平台。

Abstract:Using the exhaust heat of the internal combustion engine to produce hot air on the combine harvester combined with far-infrared drying can effectively save the energy of grain drying and prevent the mildew of paddy.The paddy drying test bed of exhaust heat combined far infrared on combine harvester was set up using the screw conveyor and grain collected tank of combine harvester as the main frame.The multi-factor combination test of harvest speed,dry wind temperature and wind speed,and the power of two far-infrared radiators can be achieved and the operating environment of direct paddy drying in combine harvester can be simulated through the test bed designed.The establishment of the test bed provides a favorable platform for the researches such as optimizing the drying equipment and drying process embedded in the combine harvester.
