摘    要:为了解决传统温室群管理困难、调控复杂等问题,设计开发日光温室群监控系统。采用可编程控制器(PLC)作为系统主控制器,控制各温室内的控制节点,实现温室环境调控的自动化运行;应用无线通讯技术实现温室各模块之间的数据通讯;设计MCGS组态监控界面,实现温室群各执行设备的现场实时调控;设计PID通风控制器,利用粒子群算法优化控制参数,精确调控温室内湿度;应用巨控智能远传模块(GRM500)开发远程上位机数据管理系统,设计远程图形控制界面,实现温室的集群调控。测试结果表明,系统能够完成设计目标,自动化和智能化程度较高,便于用户管理温室群。

Abstract:In order to improve the management level of traditional greenhouses,a solar greenhouse environmental monitoring system was developed.The system uses the programmable logic controller(PLC)as the main controller to control the various measurement and control nodes of the greenhouse system to realize the automatic operation of the greenhouse environment adjustment.Wireless communication technology is used to implement data communication between various modules of the greenhouse.The MCGS system is used to develop the monitoring interface to realize real-time control of various execution devices in the greenhouse.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the control parameters,and the PID ventilation controller is designed to achieve precise control of the greenhouse humidity environment.A remote host data management system and a remote graphical control interface were developed to implement greenhouse cluster control based on the Intelligent Remote Transport Module(GRM500).The test results showed that the design goal was achieved,and the system has a high degree of automation,which is convenient for users to manage the greenhouse.
