摘    要:对导入高粱、豌豆、长穗偃麦草等供体DNA后的10个春小麦组合进行了幼胚离体培养研究,结果表明,在胚龄为15 d左右,幼胚长1.5 mm左右时,剥取幼胚进行离体培养,愈伤组织诱导率平均为73.8%,绿苗诱导率平均为157.2%,幼胚平均直接成苗率为24.1%.经过离体培养挽救了为数不多的导入后代,并可进行加代培育,缩短了育种周期.

Abstract:It were cultured in vitro by the method of callus culture that the young embryos(about 1.5 mm long) of 10 groups of spring wheat which have been infected on about 15 days ago by exogenous DNA of either Sorghum or pea or quack grass or others by using the method of pollen-tube pathway in this study.The results showed that the callus inductivity was 73.8%,the green-shoot inductivity was 157.2%,seedling productivity was 24.1% directly.In this way,not only the few offspring with exogenous DNA could be saved,but also the offspring could be planted in glasshouse for amplifying the number of generation which would reduce the time of breeding period.
