摘    要:苏云金芽胞杆菌的主要特征是在芽胞形成的同时,能产生对多种昆虫具有特异杀虫活性的晶体蛋白,该蛋白对人畜和环境安全无害。但因在应用过程中杀虫毒力有限,影响了其巨大潜力的发挥。因此,如何提高杀虫蛋白的毒力,寻找更有效的增效物质成为新的研究热点。本文主要综述目前对苏云金芽胞杆菌杀虫蛋白具有增效作用的物质与增效机理的研究进展。

Abstract:Bacillus thuringiensis is characterized by producing insecticidal crystal proteins during sporulation process, and the proteins are harmless to human, livestock and natural environments in the biological control process. However, its low insecticidal toxicity has threatened the sustainability of current pest control programs, so novel researches are being focused on increasing toxicity of insecticidal protein and finding out more effective synergistic materials. This paper mainly reviews the progress in synergistic materials in B. thuringiensis insecticidal protein and their synergistic mechanisms.
