| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是学生思想政治工作的主体,其素质对学生的学习、工作、人格、创新等方面影响很大,并以身教影响着学生。提高辅导员素质是做好学生工作的前提,通过加强辅导员队伍建设、理论学习、经验交流、参观学习等环节提高辅导员的素质。

| Abstract: | College counselors are the subject of students＇ ideological and political work,whose quality have big effects on students＇ learning,work,personality,innovation and so on sides,and whose words and deeds impacts students.Improving the quality of counselors is the premise of doing student work well,and can improve the quality of counselors by strengthening counselors＇ team building,theoretical study,experience exchange,study tours and other links. |
