| 摘 要： | 山区人口稀少、交通闭塞、生态环境脆弱,特别是人类长期以来对山区资源开发利用不当,造成土地退化,经济发展缓慢,人民生活贫困。文中叙述了国际社会对山区问题的认识和采取的行动,论述了国外对山区问题的研究现状和山区可持续管理的经验,介绍了2002年“国际山区年”的目标和开展的活动,并对综合开发我国的山区资源和发展我国的山区经济提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Mountainous areas have the characteristics of exiguous population,occlusive traffic and frail ecological environment.Especially the improper and long-term exploitation and utilization for mountainous resources by the human beings have brought about land degradation,slow economic development and poor living conditions.The author states the int ernational society's recognition for the mountainissue and The adopted actions,discusses current research situation of mountain issue and sustainable mountain management experience done by foreign countries,presents the purpose and The activities for "the U N International Year of Mountains in 2002",and puts forward his own suggestions concerning integrated exploitation of China.smountainous resources and development of China's mountain economy. |
