摘    要:通过对桑树侧芽的离体培养和繁殖 ,探讨了桑侧芽萌发、分化、不定芽生长分化及生根的最佳培养条件。结果表明 :适宜侧芽诱导的培养基为MS 3.0mg/L 6 BA 0 .3mg/LIAA ,诱导率达 80 % ;适宜分化出的芽生长点分离及培养的培养基为MS 2 .0mg/L 6 BA 0 .15mg/LIAA ,其分化率可达 10 0 % ;在细胞分裂素 /生长素比例较高时 ,对桑新生不定芽的促进作用较为明显。试验还对桑枝的灭菌和褐变条件进行了比较

Abstract:The optimal tissue culture condition for germination,differentiation of side buds and the differentiation of adventitious buds and adventitious roots of mulberry were studied in this paper.The results have shown that the best culture media to induce germination of side buds are:MS 3.0 mg/L 6 BA 0.3 mg/L IAA,the induction rate is 80%,the media suitable to isolation and culture of bud growth point are:MS 2.0 mg/L 6 BA 0.15 mg/L IAA,and the differentiation rate is 100%.When the rate of mitogen/growth hormone is high,the promotion effect of adventitious buds is obvious.The effects of the sterilization of material on the browning were also studied.
