蜀柏毒蛾核多角体病毒林间防治试验

摘    要:应用蜀柏毒蛾核多角体病毒(PoNPV)进行林间防治试验表明,不同浓度的PoNPV悬液施入林间,可引起病毒病流行,显著降低蜀柏毒蛾幼虫的虫口密度,PIB以5×106个/mL悬液进行喷洒,喷洒量达到PIB75×1012个/hm2,防治效果可达86%以上.试验表明病毒与20%杀灭菊酯(1:3000)防治效果相近.PIB5×108个/mL、5亿/g白僵菌和20%杀灭菊酯(1:15000)的配比,防治效果最好,病毒的防治适期应掌握在5月上旬.

Abstract:Control experiments conducted on small plots and large blocks indicated that: once PoNPV formulations with different concentrations were introduced into the forest, the epizootic frequently occured in the larvae POpulation of Parocneria which could reduce the Population density significantly,sighty six percent of larva f was killed when a formulation which concentration amounted to 5 × 108PIB/mL was applied by 75 × 1012PIB/hm'2dosage. The results also showed that: the control effect of virus treatment was aqual to that applied with 20% Fenvalerate (1: 3000), the best control effect was that applied with a preparation minxed with 5×10.PIB/mL, 500millions/g Beauveria bassiana and 20% Fenvalerate(1 : 15 000).
