| 摘 要： | 建立一种测定莽吉柿胶囊中α-倒捻子素（alpha—mangostin）含量的方法。采用反相高效液相色谱-紫外检测法测定。色谱条件：Diamonsil^TM C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水（83：17），流速为1．0mL／min，柱温：25℃，紫外检测波长：317nm。在选定的色谱条件下，反相高效液相色谱-紫外检测法符合精密度、准确度、线性（r=0．9995）的基本要求，加样回收率为100．9％，RSD为1．82％。该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好，可用于莽吉柿胶囊中alpha—mangostin的含量测定。

| Abstract: | To establish a method for the determination of alpha-mangostin in Mangjishi capsule. Reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC）method with a ultra-violet detector（ UVD ）was performed using a 5 μm Diamonsil^TM C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm ）at 25 ℃, the mobile phase composition was metha-nol-water（ 83 ： 17 ）, the flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was at 317 nm. The method fulfilled all the standard requirements of precision, accuracy and linearity （r =0.999 5 ）. The recovery was 100.9 %, RSD was 1.82 %.RP-HPLC-UVD method is simple, accurate, high sensitivity, good reproducibility, and can be used for determination of alpha-mangostin in Mangjishi capsule. |
