饲粮硒水平对内江及其杂交猪生长生长,血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和组织硒含量的影响

摘    要:108头断奶到90kg体重的内江猪,杜洛克×内江(二元)和杜洛克×长白×内江杂交猪(三元),饲予含硒0.015—0.020ppm的基础饲粮,并分别添加0、0.10、0.20、0.30和0.50ppm的硒。试验考察了缺硒对生长,血浆胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性,组织含硒的影响。结果表明:含硒0.22ppm组产生严重缺硒症,死亡率达25—42%,日增重和饲料利用效率显著低于补硒组(P<0.05)。GSH—Px活性和组成硒与日粮硒水平成显著正相关(P<0.01)。按照GSH—Px活性确定,10—50kg二元和三元杂交猪实用饲粮硒的推荐量以0.32ppm,内江猪0.22ppm;肥育期三种猪场以0.12ppm较适宜。

Abstract:108 Neijiang, Duroc X Neijiang and Landral X Duroc X Neijiang pigs during weanling to finishing were used in an investigation of the influence of 5 levels of supplemental selenium (0、0.1、0.2、0.3 and 0.5) with the basal diet con-taining 0.015—0.020ppm of selenium on growth, plasma gluta-thiore peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and tissue selenium concentration.The result showed pigs fed diet without supplemental selenium occurred serious signs of selenium deficiency and were 25 to 42 percent mortality, and significantly positive correlation (P<0.01) between dietary selenium level with plasma GSH-Px activity and whole blood, liver, kidney, heart, longissimus muscls and hair selenium concentration.The recommended selenium allowances estimated on plasma GSH-Px activity were 0.22ppm on Neijiang Pig and 0.32ppm on Duroc X Neijiang and Landral X Duroc X Neijiang Pig before 50kg body weight, and 0.12ppm on all three breeds pig after 50kg body weight.
