| 摘 要： | 研究了骆驼蓬子、常山、狼毒3种中草药提取物体外抑制猪附红细胞体的效果.结果表明:3种中草药提取物的高剂量组(4000μg·mL-1,2000μg·mL-1)5min后均可完全使附红细胞体从红细胞上脱落,红细胞感染率均为0;中剂量组(1000μg·mL-1)5min后可以使部分附红细胞体脱落,红细胞感染率为15%～30%;低剂量组(500μg·mL-1)无明显药效作用,5min后红细胞感染率仍为70%～85%;而对照组红细胞感染率为90%以上.表明猪附红细胞体对3种中草药提取物的中高剂量组较敏感,低剂量组不敏感.

| Abstract: | In order to inquire about the effective Chinese herbal medicines to prevent eperythrozoonosis,The Chinese herbal medicine extracts from antifeverile dichroa root,seed of common peganum and root of fischer euphorbia was used to test its effect against Eperythrozoon suis in vitro. After 5 min of the test, the high dose groups (4 000 μg·mL-1,2 000 ug·mL-1) of three extracts caused the Eperythrozoon suis to fall off completely from the red blood cell and the Eperythrozoon suis infection percentage was 0.The middle dose groups (1 000 ug·mL-1) caused the part of Eperythrozoon suis to fall off and Eperythrozoon suis infection percentage was 15 %~30 %. Low dose groups(500 μg·mL-1)had not obvious drug efficency function and Eperythrozoon suis infection percentage was still 70 %~85 %.And the Eperythrozoon suis infection percentage of control group was in 90 %.The medicine sensitive test in vitro showed that the Eperythrozoon suis was sensitive to the high dose groups and middle dose groups of three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extracts whereas low dose groups was insensitive. |
