| 摘 要： | 用火焰原子吸收法对乌鸡和AA肉鸡肉中钙、铁含量进行了测定，结果证明乌鸡肉含钙量400mg/kg-450mg/kg，含铁量70-80mg/kg;AA肉鸡含钙量250-300mg/kg，含铁量35-40mg/kg。加标回收率，铁97%-102%，钙97%-104%，同时对释放剂氯化镧、氯化锶作了选择性实验，实验表明，同时测定Ca、Fe时，选择氯化锶做释放剂果较好。

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of calcium and iron in AA chicken and in silky chicken by FAAS and its comparision is studied in this article. The result obtained in the study prove that the content of calcium and iron for the silky chicken in 400 - 450 mg/kg and 70 - 80 mg/kg respectively. And the content of calcium and iron for the ordinary chicken is 250 - 300 mg/kg and 35 - 40 mg/kg repectively. The recovery rate for calcium is 97% - 102%, and for iron 97% -104%. Comparision test between using LaCl and SrCl(strontium chloride) as releasing agent is studied too. The result obtained in the test show that strontium chloride(SrCl) is more satisfactory in determination of calcium and irontogether. |
