| 摘 要： | 企业全面预算管理在企业管理中具有重要的地位和作用。勘测设计单位做好全面预算管理，对于提高经营质量有着重要的意义。文章主要从勘测设计单位的特点出发，提出勘测单位要做好全面预算管理，必须做到明确划分预算的管理层次、合理安排预算的结构体系、正确选择预算的管理模式。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive budget management is playing an important role in modern enterprise management. It will greatly improve the management quality and profit of the enterprise if well applied, which is of vital significance for survey and design enterprises. This article analyzes the characteristic features of survey and design enterprises and gives some suggestions on using comprehensive budget management. Survey and design enterprises must clearly define the different levels of budget management, rationally arrange the budget structure system, and correctly select their budget management pattern. |
