| 摘 要： | 开放存取运动给我国高校图书馆外刊资源建设带来了契机,本文分析了目前高校图书馆外刊建设面临的困境,调查了目前高校图书馆对OA期刊的利用,指出高校图书馆应大力宣传、积极参与、联合开发OA期刊,实现OA期刊和传统外刊的整合.
