| 摘 要： | 对74份木豆种质资源的10个农艺性状及其中38份材料的种子、34份材料的叶片进行主要品质性状相关性分析,并对这些性状的遗传力和遗传进度等遗传参数进行估算。结果表明,木豆种质资源的大部分田间农艺性状之间的相关性达极显著水平,种子、叶片的不同品质性状之间多呈负相关但未达显著水平。不同田间农艺性状的遗传力、遗传变异系数和遗传进度差异较大,变化幅度分别为26.08%～91.37%、9.36%～44.14%和14.23%～70.24%。种子与叶片的品质性状遗传力较高,大部分达80%以上;种子的4个品质性状的遗传变异系数和遗传进度差异较大,变化幅度分别为6.10%～35.33%、10.62%～72.17%;叶片的3个品质性状的遗传变异系数和遗传进度差异不明显,变异幅度为8.89%～16.39%和17.35%～32.27%。因此,在木豆育种时,其品质性状可以在较早的世代里进行选择;选择田间农艺性状时,百粒重、荚长和株高可以在早代进行选择,叶长、单株粒重、荚宽等性状则在高世代选择。 |

| Abstract: | The present study was conducted to analyze the correlations between 10 agronomic traits of 74 pigeonpea germplasm resources,and the main quality traits of seeds in 38 materials and leaves of 34 materials,and an attempt to study some genetic parameters such as heritability,genetic progress,etc in relation to these characters.The results showed significant correlation among most of the agronomic traits,while a non significant negative correlation was observed among the main quality traits of seeds and leaves.... |
