AHP评价法在大花蕙兰杂交后代选育中的应用研究

摘    要:目的]探讨AHP法在大花蕙兰杂交后代选育中应用的可行性。方法]在大花蕙兰杂交后代选育初期,运用AHP评价法对6个杂交组合生长周期1年内小苗的株高、叶片数、叶长、叶宽、叶色、出芽时间、鳞茎大小、根系状况这8个性状进行综合评价。结果]所选组合综合性状表现优良,与实际生长发育状况基本相符,尤其是组合"♀浪漫×♂黄金薄荷"、"♀台北小姐×♂浪漫",它们的杂交后代株型挺拔、花期适中、抗病性强,值得重点关注。结论]在大花蕙兰杂交后代选育初期,运用AHP评价法能够在株型、花期和抗病性这几个方面做出比较准确的筛选,可根据选育要求及早选出表现优良的组合,大大节省了成本并提高了育种工作效率。

Study of Application of AHP Method in Hybrid Offspring Breeding of Cymbidium

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to discuss the feasibility of AHP method applying in hybrid offspring breeding of cymbidium. Method]In the initial period of hybrid offspring breeding of cymbidium,eight characters( the plant height,leaf number,leaf length,leaf width,leaf color,emergence time,bulb size and roots status) of plantlets within one year of six hybrid combinations were evaluated comprehensively by using AHP method. Result]The comprehensive characters of the chose combinations appeared better,was basic consistent with the actual growth and development status,especially the combinations of"♀romance ×♂gold mint"and"♀Taipei miss ×♂romance",the plant type of their hybrid offspring was tall and straight,their flowering period was moderate,their resistance to disease was strong,so was worth of focusing on. Conclusion]In the initial period of hybrid offspring breeding of cymbidium,AHP method makes more accurate screening from several aspects,such as plant type,flowering period and resistance to disease,screen the better combinations according to the breeding requirement as soon as possible,so it saves the cost largely and improves the breeding efficiency.
