摘    要:为了减轻我国华东以及华北平原长期受到秸秆焚烧所带来的雾霾问题,通过利用秸秆为原料制备活性炭,研究了秸秆活性炭对印染废水的净化和吸附作用,并对试验条件进行了优化.结果表明,在pH为3,吸附时间为120 min,吸附容量为100 g/L时,秸杆活性炭对印染废水的色度的去除率可达到100%,CODCr的去除率可达到84.6%,表明了秸秆活性炭在印染废水的处理上是可行的,同时又可以减少秸秆的大量焚烧所带来的环境污染.

Study on Dyeing Wastewater Treatmeng by Activated Carbon Prepared by Straw

Abstract:To alleviate the haze problem caused by burning straw in East China and North China Plain,the activated carbon prepared by straw was used to treat dyeing wastewater.The influences of initial pH,adsorption time,adsorption capacity were discussed.The result showed that when the conditions were controlled as follow:initial pH =3,adsorption time was 120 minutes,and adsorption capacity was 100g/L,CAD and chroma removal rates respectively were 84.6% and 100%.The study showed that using the activated carbon prepared by straw to treat dyeing wastewater could have a good performance,and the straw as the raw material for preparation of activated carbon,can fully enhance the efficiency in the use of straw,waste,reduce the environmental pollution caused by burning the straw.
