小麦籽粒多酚氧化酶活性的遗传分析

摘    要:为了揭示小麦籽粒多酚氧化酶活性的遗传特点,应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对杂交组合IDO580×宁麦13号、鄂恩1号×IDO580的两套P1、F1、P2、B1、B2和F2的6个世代群体的籽粒多酚氧化酶活性进行了多世代联合分析。结果表明:两组合籽粒多酚氧化酶活性均受2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因(E-0)混合遗传的控制;在两对主基因的一阶遗传参数中,加性效应大于显性效应,但以上位性效应所占比例为最大;在二阶遗传参数中,主基因遗传率远大于多基因遗传率,以主基因遗传为主。在B1、B2和F2的3个分离世代中,以F2世代的主基因遗传率为最高,其在这两个组合中的主基因遗传率分别为80.49%和82.24%。

Abstract:In order to understand the genetic mechanism of polyphenol oxidase(PPO) activity in wheat kernel,the populations of P1,F1,P2,B1,B2 and F2 generations from IDO580×Ningmai 13 and Een 1×IDO580 were developed,and PPO activity in these populations was studied by using the mixed model for major gene plus polygene inheritance of plant quantitative traits.The joint analyses results showed that PPO activity in wheat kernel was controlled by two pairs of major genes with additive-dominant-epistasis effects plus polygene(E-0) with additive-dominant-epistasis effects.Among the first order genetic parameters of two major genes,the additive effects were more than dominant effects,but epistasis effects were the largest one.Among the second order genetic parameters of two major genes,the heritability value of major genes was much larger than that of polygene,which indicated that PPO activity in wheat kernel was mainly governed by major genes.The heritability for major genes in F2 generation was 80.49% in IDO580×Ningmai 13 and 82.24% in Een 1×IDO580,which were higher than those in B1 and B2 generations.
