摘    要:为了深入挖掘好氧反硝化菌株RWX31在农业面源污染治理中的应用价值,通过纯培养试验研究在不同NO3-N浓度负荷和C/N条件下的该菌反硝化脱氮效率,并利用该菌株强化小型反应器(4L)中模拟废水(硝态氮浓度为200 mg·L-1)的脱氮效果。结果表明,相比于对照菌株ACCC01047,RWX31菌株可以耐受更高的硝态氮污染负荷(200~400 mg·L-1)和更低的C/N(6~10)。利用菌株强化反应器对污染废水的处理,在水力停留时间为24 h情况下,投加菌株RWX31对NO3-N污染废水的去除率为80%左右
