| 摘 要： | 对由竹瘤座菌引起的丛枝病的病枝嫩茎和叶脉经电镜观察,在病组织中不仅见到病菌的菌丝,还发现筛管细胞和韧皮部薄壁细胞中有类菌原体,但经四环素等抗菌素处理,对该丛枝病症状无任何影响,而粉锈宁对症状有一定缓解作用。所以,虽然病株内有类菌原体存在,但可能因量少或其它原因,而和该病症状无直接关系。

| Abstract: | It has been discovered that not only the germ hypha existed in diseased tissues, but also the mycoplasma like-organism did in sieve-tube cells and phloem thin-walled cells by observating on the diseased shoot and vain of witch's broom of bamboos caused by Balansia tabe with the electron microscope. Treated with antibiotic such as tetracyclin to the witch'-sbroom of bamboo had nothing for the symptom, but treated with sanzuotong improved the symptom a little. Judged from a little of mycoplasma like-organism and other causes, it was recognized that the mycoplasma like-organism connected directly with the witch's broom of bamboo. |
