全膜双垄沟中耕除草培土机的设计与试验

摘    要:针对我国西北地区全膜双垄沟播栽培模式下,膜边接缝处杂草茂盛,沟底无松土,不易保墒蓄水,且人工除草培土劳动强度大、工作效率低等问题,设计了一种全膜双垄沟中耕除草培土机。该机由电动机提供动力,双犁壁式除草培土铲的铲翼可调,能够满足中耕时不同垄行宽度及不同培土高度的农艺要求,可一次完成松碎土壤、除草、培土等作业工序。田间试验结果表明:垄沟间除草率为97%,伤苗率为1.5%,碎土率为78%,最大覆土厚度为113 mm,各项作业指标均达设计要求,除草培土效果良好。

Abstract:Pointed to the problems as weeds in the seam of plastic-film edge, without loosening soil in furrow bottom and hardly storage soil moisture, high labor intensity and low working efficiency by artificial weeding and hilling under the cultivated pattern in double ridge furrow with whole plastic-film mulch in northwest China, a new weeding cultivator and hilling machine in double ridge furrows with whole plastic-film mulch was designed out. This machine''s power was provided by the electric motor. The shovel wing of the double moldboard can be adjustable, so the agronomic requirements for different ridge width and hilling height can be met when cultivating, also the whole operating procedure as loosening soil, weeding and hilling can be completed in one time. The field test results showed that: The cleaning weeds rate in ridge furrow and injuring seeding rate were 97% and 1.5% respectively, the soil crushing rate was reached 78%, the maximum hilling thickness was 113mm, each operating indicator has total reached the design requirements, and the effect of weeding and hilling were very good.
