| 摘 要： | 本文从经济学、法学等方面阐述建立森林生态效益补偿制度的理论基础，着重分析了经济学领域的公共物品理论、外部性理论和劳动价值论，法学领域的私有财产权理论、环境权与生存发展权的冲突与平衡理论，以及可持续发展、生态安全等其他方面的理论。这些理论都对在我国建立森林生态效益补偿制度提供了强大支持，因此我们应尽快建立该制度并完善之。西北林学院学报23卷第4期王曼浅析森林生态效益补偿制度的理论基础

| Abstract: | Whether a system can be recognized by the society and be carried out depends on whether there are enough supports of theories. The theoretical basis of forest ecological benefit compensation was enumerated and analyzed in the views of economics, and law and with the emphasis of the theaties of the public good, the exterior and the labour value in economics private property right, the clash and balance between the environmental right and the existence and development rights in law, and the sustainable development theory, the ecological safety theory as well. All the above mentioned theories have already supplied efficient supports for establishing the forest ecological benefit compensation system, therefore, the system should be established and perfected as soon as possible. |
