移植川蔓藻对育苗用海水净化作用的研究

摘    要:针对近海水域污染严重海水中COD含量高,N、P极富营养化,达不到海水育苗用水标准的状况,采取大型蓄水池移植川蔓藻(Ruppir rostellata Koch)净化育苗用水,在一段时间内,大大降低海水COD、N、P等化学指标。COD平均消除率达94.38%,PO4^3-P、NH3-N等降解几近零,NO2^-N、NO3^-N未检出。采用同样技术用净化水培育日本对虾(Penaeus Japonicus Bate),无节幼体到仔虾平均成活率高达66.3%和72.1%。

Abstract:Ruppir rostellata Koch was introduced into the big reservoir in which the water was eutrophic and under the standard of the seed rearing water. After a while,the COD,N, P of the water were decreased by 94.38%, the PO4-P and NO3-N decreased near to zero, the NO2-N and NO3-N denied the measurement. The purified water was used to rear nauplius of the shrimp Penaeus japonicus Bate to the larval stage,the average survival rate was 66.3% and 72.1 %.
