| 摘 要： | 文章首次利用加入链霉素的PDA培养基，从光肩星天牛在旱柳上不同时期的30个刻槽中分离到89株14个属的真菌，经鉴定，70株隶属于半和菌类的5目5科的11个属；19株隶属于子囊菌纲的3目3科的3个属，晚期刻槽内的真菌种类最丰富，共13种；早期最少，只有6种；中期居中，共10种。

| Abstract: | Eighty nine strains belonging to 14 species of fungi were isolated from 30 incisions of Anoplophora glabripennis(Motschulsky)in six willow trees using the PDA medium including streptomycin.Among them,70 isolates were identified as the Fungi Imperfecti and the others were Ascomycetes.The fungi species in the fresh incisions were more than those in the incisions produced during the previous time. |
