| 摘 要： | 《我国农业科技进步贡献率测算方法》作为国家标准试行以来，为农业技术进步及其贡献率指标的设置，计算和普及发挥了积极的推动作用。但该方法标准带有很大根本性的缺陷，应及时修补和更正。技术进步应定义为促使经济效益提高的要素和结构改进以及资源配置优化，总体上是资本替代劳动的过程。
