普通小麦-华山新麦草二体附加植株减数分裂中期染色体行为及形态学分析

摘    要:为了进一步建立一套完整的普通小麦-华山新麦草异附加系,对普通小麦-华山新麦草衍生后代中,染色体数目2n=44的39个附加2条华山新麦草染色体植株的花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ(PMC MⅠ)染色体行为进行了GISH检测,获得了2条华山新麦草染色体能够配对的18个小麦-华山新麦草二体附加植株;并对这18个二体附加植株进行形态学比较,将其划分为7类。说明这7类二体附加植株所附加的华山新麦草染色体是不同的,初步推测在这7类二体附加植株附加的华山新麦草染色体应是华山新麦草7个同源群的不同染色体。

Abstract:In order to establish a set of common wheat-Psathyrostachys huashanica alien addition lines,the GISH analysis of the 39 plants(2n=44) derived from wheat-P.huashanica were carried out.The results showed that eighteen wheat-P.huashanica alien addition lines,in which two P.huashanica chromosome were paired,have been obtained.These 18 additional plants were compared,and divided into seven categories.These results indicated that seven additional categories of plants attached to the P.huashanica chromosome were different.Initial speculation in this category added seven additional plants P.huashanica chromosome was the different chromosome of seven homology group.
