不同稀释液和稀释倍数对鸡人工授精受精率的影响

摘    要:本试验研究了鸡人工授精中两种稀释液及其不同稀释倍数对受精率的影响。测定了输精后一周内不同集蛋天数的受精效果.结果表明,用1%NaCl液的受精率显著高利6.7%葡萄糖液(P<o.05)。用1%NaCl波稀释,以1:1的稀释倍数的受精率与原精液无显著差异,而以1:2稀释的受精串则较低。输精后的受精率以第三天为最高,以后逐渐下降,输精间隔以4-5天为宜。

Abstract:Two diluents and different dilution ratioes were used to observetheir effects on tle fertility in the artificial insemination of chickens.Whithin one weed after the insemination. the fertility rates of eggs collectedeveryday were measured. The results indicate tlat the fertility rate of 1% NaCldiluent is significantly higher than that of 5. 7% glucose diluent. By using 1%NaCl as the diluent, the fertility difference between undiluted semen and 1: 1diluted semen is not signifieant, but the rate of 1: 2 diluted semen is ratherlow. On the third day after the insemination, the fertility rate was the highest,and it decreased gradually afterwards, so the insemination interval should be4-5 days.
