摘    要:萍乡显性核不育水稻的恢复机制为显性上位作用.显性上位基因起调控作用并不单独控制某一性状,只是与显性不育基因同时存在时抑制不育基因的表达,从而使不育恢复可育.实验用萍乡显性核不育水稻(含萍乡显性核不育基因Ms-p)与紫圭(常规水稻品种,携有显性上位恢复基因Rfe)杂交组合的F2构建定位群体,用12对具有多态性的分子标记对84个极端不育株进行PCR扩增,统计表型数据,经Mapmarker软件分析,结果显示9对引物与显性上位恢复基因连锁其中多态性SSR分子标记RM6737和RM6100距Rf基因最近,并分别位于Rf基因的两侧遗传距离均为0.04 cm.

Abstract:The recovery mechanism of Pingxiang Dominant Genie Male Serile Rice is epistatic dominance. The role of dominant epistatic gene regulation was not to controll characters individually, but with coexistence of the dominant male sterile genes, the expression of non - sterile gene was inhibited, and then infertility . The hybrid combinations of Pingxiang dominant genie male sterile rice (including Pingxiang dominant genie male sterility gene Ms - p) and the purple - kyu (conventional rice varieties, each carries a dominant gene epistatic restore Rfe). Construction of hybrid combinations of F_2 positioning groups, has the polymorphism molecular mark with 12 pairs to carry on PCR to 84 extreme sterile to increase, the statistical phenotype data, after the Mapmarker software analysis, results showed that 9 pairs of primers with the dominant epistatic restorer gene polymorphism in the chain one of SSR molecular markers RM6737 and RM6100 from the Rf gene recently , and Rf genes are located on both sides of the genetic distance are 0.04 cm.
