| 摘 要： | 从患病的黄喉拟水龟Mauremys mutica肝、肾中分离得到一株革兰氏阳性菌株，经人工感染试验证实，该菌为致病菌。对该菌的生理生化指标进行了分析，结果表明：该菌具有氧化酶、触酶、葡萄糖呈阳性，凝固酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶、密二糖呈阴性，M—R为阳性，VP反应为阴性等特征，与报道的松鼠葡萄球菌特征一致。采用BIOLOG自动微生物鉴定系统对该菌进行鉴定，将适当浊度的细菌悬液接种GP2板条培养16—24h后读出结果，并将结果输入计算机，经Biolog Microlog24．2软件分析鉴定，结果显示为松鼠葡萄球菌Staphylococcus sciuri，可能性为99％，相似性和位距分别为0．913和1．30。结合形态和生理生化特点，将其鉴定为松鼠葡萄球菌。纸片扩散法药敏试验结果表明，该菌仅对头孢拉定和阿米卡星敏感，对头孢哌酮中度敏感，对其他抗生素均存在不同程度的耐药性。
