四川主要水稻恢复系的DNA多态性初步研究

摘    要:利用9 个随机引物对四川省18 个骨干恢复系进行了DNA 多态性分析。结果表明,18 个恢复系可分为2 类,除802、明恢63、泸恢6 号聚为一类外,其余15 个分为一类,后者又可分为5 个亚类。多数恢复系聚为一类,说明它们间的遗传差异小,要选育出超高产的强优势组合,在恢复系选育上还需进一步努力。

Abstract:The RAPD analysis was conducted on 18 restorer lines of Sichuan Province with 9 random primers. The results showed that the 18 restorer lines were divided into two groups. 802 (No. 10), Minghui 63 (No. 11) and Luhui 6 (No. 13) were clustered into one group, the others into the other group. The later could be divided into 5 sub groups. The result that most restorer lines were clustered into one group indicated that their genetic diversity was very small. To breed the combination with strong heterosis, further efforts were needed in the breeding of restorer lines.
