| 摘 要： | 在多种蔬菜上对无公害蔬菜专用肥的使用效果进行了试验研究。结果表明,无公害蔬菜专用肥对降低蔬菜硝酸盐含量、提高产量、改善品质有显著效果,施用该专用肥料后,降低蔬菜硝酸盐含量36.5%～56.1%,提高产量11.4%～14.8%,提高Vc含量6.11%～51.25%,降低投入1798元/hm2,增加收入6598～10954元/hm2。

| Abstract: | Experiments of special compound fertilizer for vegetables (SCFV) on their production and quality have been done in last several years. The results showed that, compared with traditional fertilizers, SCFV inhibited nitrite content in vegetables by 36.5%～56.1%. After applying SCFV, the yield and Vc content of vegetables were enhanced by 11.4%～14.8% and 6.11%～51.25% respectively, relatively to that when traditional fertilizers were used. Further, the investment for fertilizer per ha was also decreased 1 798 yuan whereas income per ha was increased by 6 598～10 954 yuan than that when farmer did.Thus,applying SCFV can inhibits nitrate accumulation in vegetables and improves their quality.Also soil fertility can be increased as well. |
