草珊瑚乙醇提取物的抗氧化性及其对芒果采后主要病原菌的抑菌活性研究

摘    要:以无水乙醇为溶剂制备草珊瑚全草提取物,测定其总酚和总黄酮含量,提取物对DPPH自由基与ABTS自由基的清除能力,以及不同浓度草珊瑚乙醇提取物对芒果采后常见3种病原菌的抑菌活性及对病原菌孢子萌发的影响。结果表明:草珊瑚乙醇提取物中的总酚含量为7.62%,总黄酮含量为6.13%;对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基均有一定的清除能力,在低浓度(0.001 mg/mL)范围内对DPPH自由基的清除能力可超过BHT。草珊瑚乙醇提取物对3种芒果采后病原菌均有一定的抑菌效果,其中对拟茎点霉蒂腐菌的抑制效果最佳,2.5 mg/mL提取物处理即可有效抑菌,处理7 d时抑制率达到50.29%;对胶孢炭疽菌的抑制效果次之,5 mg/mL提取物处理7 d时抑制率为41.25%;对可可球二孢蒂腐菌的抑制效果相对较弱,5 mg/mL提取物处理6 d抑制率仅10.67%。

Abstract:The extract of Sarcandra glabra was prepared with anhydrous ethanol as a solvent. Total polyphenols and total flavonoids contents of the extract, scavenging ability of the extract on DPPH and ABTS free radicals were determined. The effects of different concentrations of S. glabra ethanol extract on antifungal activity of three kinds of pathogens on postharvest mango fruits, as well as on spore germination of the pathogens were investigated. The results showed that the content of total polyphenol and total flavonoid in the extract was 7.62% and 6.13%, respectively, and the extract could scavenge DPPH and ABTS free radicals to a certain extent, and its scavenging ability to DPPH free radical was better than BHT in a low concentration range(0.001 mg/mL). The ethanol extractof S. glabra had some inhibitory effect on all three postharvest mango pathogens: Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Botryodiplodia theobromae and Phomopsis mangiferae. Among which the best inhibition effect was on P. mangiferae, 2.5 mg/mL S. glabra extract could effectively inhibit P. mangiferae, and the inhibition rate could be up to 50.29% at 7 d of treatment, followed by C. gloeosporioides, the inhibition rate was 41.25% at 7 d of treatment with 5 mg/mL extract, the worst inhibitory effect was on B. theobromae, with inhibition rate of only 10.67% at 6 d when treated with 5 mg/mL extract.
