生防菌A4的鉴定及其对樱桃番茄采后主要病害的抑制作用

摘    要:依据形态学、分子生物学以及菌株的生理生化特征对菌株A4进行鉴定,并研究其对樱桃番茄采后病害的防治效果。结果表明:菌株A4为生防菌贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),其对樱桃番茄采后的重要致病菌灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)和扩展青霉菌(Penicillium expansum)均有抑制作用;平板对峙试验表明,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌A4对上述2种病原菌生长的抑制率分别高达66.56%和59.19%,预先接种浓度为1.0×109 CFU/mL A4菌悬液的樱桃番茄患病率分别降至14.67%和4.00%;扫描电镜显示,生防菌A4通过抑制病原菌的萌发和生长,降低病原菌的致病能力,减少病害的发生。本研究为生防菌贝莱斯芽孢杆菌的鉴定提供了参考,并为提高樱桃番茄采后病害的防治技术提供了新思路。

Identification of Biocontrol Strain A4 and the Inhibitory Effects on Main Postharvest Diseases of Cherry Tomato
Abstract:The strain A4 was identified depended on the morphology, molecular biology and physiological and biochemical characteristics, and the control effects of A4 on postharvest diseases of cherry tomato were investigated. Results showed that strain A4 was identified as Bacillus velezensis, and exhibited inhibitory effects against Botrytis cinerea and Penicillium expansum. The plate confrontation test showed that the inhibition rates of Bacillus velezensis A4 on the growth of above two pathogens were 66.56% and 59.19%, respectively, and the prevalence of cherry tomato was decreased to 14.67% and 4.00% respectively under the pre inoculation concentration of 1.0×109 CFU/mL. Scanning electron microscope results showed that biocontrol strain A4 inhibited the germination and growth of pathogens, reduced pathogenicity and diseases incidence. This research could provide a reference for the identification of biocontrol bacteria Bacillus velezensis, and a new strategy for the control on postharvest diseases of cherry tomato.
