摘    要:为寻找更多提取天然抗氧化剂的原料植物,以六盘水市本地野生的大车前为原料,利用70%乙醇作为提取介质对黄酮类化合物进行了提取,并以抗坏血酸VC和VE为对照,采用DPPH法研究大车前黄酮提取物对DPPH自由基的清除作用。结果表明:大车前黄酮对DPPH自由基有较强的清除作用,在其浓度为47.84μg/L时,清除效果最好,清除率达44.98%,显著高于相同浓度下的Vc和VE的清除率。认为大车前黄酮提取物是一种有前途的抗氧化剂。

Abstract:The flavonoids compound extracted from wild Plantagomajor in Liupanshui city were extracted by 70% ethanol,and tested by DHHP method to study the effect of eliminating DPPH radical for developing more raw materials with natural antioxidant.The results showed that the flavonoids compound extracted from wild Plantagomajor had the better effect on eliminating DPPH radical,the elimination effect of the flavonoids compound extracted from wild Plantagomajor was the best as the elimination rate reached 44.98% when...
