柑桔皮粉作饲料添加剂对肉仔鸡生产性能影响的研究

摘    要:将21日龄笼养京黄肉仔鸡180只随机分3组,再将每组60只鸡各分为3个重复(每个重复20只)。对照组只喂基础饲粮,在此基础上,两个试验组分别添加1.5%、2.5%柑桔皮粉,进行38d饲养试验。结果表明:只均增重试1组1.040kg、试2组1.125kg,分别比对照组(0.963kg)提高8.09%和16.9%,经F检验和多重比较与对照组间分利差异显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01);科重比(耗料与活重之比)试1组2.55:1、试2组2.46:1,分别比对照组(2.77:1)降低耗料7.94%和11.17%;而每kg增重的饲料成本则分别比对照组减少0.58元和0.88元;两个试验组肉仔鸡成活率分别比对照组高3.3%、5.0%,只均增加收入分别比对照组多1.22元和2.37元,经济效益以试2组为最佳。

STUDY ON EFFECTS OF CTTRUS PEEL MEAL AS A FEED ADDITIVE ON PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE OF BROILERS
Abstract:180 Beijing- Yellow broilers aged 21days in cage rearing were divided into 3 groups of 60 broilers each with 3 repetitions(20 broilers each)and a feeding trial was conducted with them for 38 days.On the basis of the broilers in the control group fed the basal diet only,citrus peel meal of 1.5% and 2.5% were added into the broilers' basal diets of the treatment group 1 and 2 resp.The results showed:the average body weight gains of trestment group 1 and 2 were 1 .040, 1. 125kg per broiler and 8.09% .16.9% higher than that (0.963kg)of the control group resp,and there were significant difference(P< 0 .05) between the treatment group 1 and the control group, and highly significant difference(P< 0.01 ) between the treatment group 2 and the control group by F- test and multiplex companson. Feed to live weight the of the control, treatment group land 2 were 2 .77: 1,2.55: 1 and 2.46: 1 successively. The teed cost per kg gain of the treatment group 1 and 2 was 0.58,0.88 yuan less than that of the control group,Sur vival rates of the treatment group 1and 2were 3.3,5.0 percent points higher than that of the control group. Increase incomes per broiler on average of the treatment group 1 and 2 were 1.22,2.37 yuan higher than that of the ocntrol group. But the best economic benefit be longed to the treatment group 2.
